We are working with a well-established engineering organisation delivering technically complex projects within critical infrastructure and industrial environments. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initial award through to successful completion.
The Project Manager is an essential hire for the business responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget but with a key oversight of project commercials, contract review and risk appraisal.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing engineering projects from initiation through to completion and closeout
* Essential oversite of complex project contracts.
* Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders
* Monitoring project budgets, schedules and financial performance
* Managing project risks, change control and reporting
* Developing project plans, programmes and work breakdown structures
* Maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Expectations:
The successful candidate will have experience delivering technical or engineering projects in complex environments, ideally EPC.
We are looking for someone who has:
* Proven experience managing engineering or infrastructure projects
* Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
* Ability to coordinate technical teams and multiple stakeholders
* Experience managing budgets, schedules and project risks
* HND, Degree, or equivalent experience in an engineering or technical discipline
* Experience in sectors such as energy, utilities, offshore or industrial engineering is desirable.
