Client Services Agent
Maidstone, Kent (Hybrid Working)
£26,500 per annum DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer-Focused Client Services Agent to join a growing and innovative technology business operating within the digital identity and compliance sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and being part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Working within a busy client services team, you will be responsible for supporting customers through the application and verification process, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with industry regulations and procedures.
This role offers a varied workload where no two days are the same, combining customer support, administration, data validation and process management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Reviewing and verifying customer application data
2. Supporting customers via email and ticketing systems
3. Issuing and processing applications in line with company procedures
4. Liaising with external business registries and stakeholders
5. Maintaining accurate internal records and documentation
6. Supporting internal process improvements and ad-hoc projects
7. Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels
The successful candidate will demonstrate

9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
10. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
11. The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
12. Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
13. Confidence learning new systems and processes quickly
14. Previous experience within a customer support, administration, data-entry or service-based environment would be advantageous.
15. Additional language skills would also be beneficial, although not essential.
