Responsibilities
- Coordinating the daily activities of the Clinic and plaster room.
- Working with the speciality team in deciding the clinic rota and allocation of staff according to skill mix.
- Be able to help the team with complex clinical and non‑clinical situations arising on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Coordinate plaster room services ensuring cover for fracture clinic, TAU, wards, and various speciality teams.
