We're on the lookout for a Practice Manager to join our South East team. In this role, you'll initially support a range of dental practices across locations in Portsmouth.
Your role and responsibilities
Step into your role as a Practice Manager
* You\'ll start with a home practice and provide management cover where needed across the region. Once a permanent vacancy becomes available, you\'ll transition into a fixed Practice Manager position.
* A valid driving licence and access to personal transport are essential for this mobile role - and we\'ll reimburse your mileage while you\'re travelling around the area.
* This position offers a valuable chance to experience different types of practices and specialisms - an excellent way to build your skills and broaden your experience.
* This is a full-time opportunity, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Your key responsibilities
As Practice Manager, your focus will include:
* Driving success by meeting financial targets and delivering excellent patient care
* Leading and developing a team that includes receptionists, dental nurses, and working closely with self-employed clinicians
* Ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards
* Using financial reporting to make informed, strategic decisions for your practice
