Your responsibilities as Project Manager
Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring safe and efficient delivery
Manage subcontractors and direct labour to achieve programme and quality targets
Oversee structural refurbishment and high-spec fit-out works
Maintain full control of safety, environmental, quality, and technical standards
Build and manage strong client relationships and lead project meetings
Develop and drive short-term programmes to keep the project on track
What we’re looking for in a Project Manager
Construction-related degree
Previous experience delivering high-end or super-prime projects
Strong background working for a main contractor or client-side environment
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
Commercial and technical competence across complex builds
Working hours: Monday to Friday, standard site hours
