We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Assistant to provide high-quality support to the Head of Nursing for Carmarthenshire System, Service Delivery Manager for Cardiology and the Deputy Head of Nursing for Glangwilli General Hospital within Unscheduled Care. Main duties of the job:
Provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to senior managers.
Manage diaries, organise meetings, and prepare documents and reports.
Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders, both internal and external.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
Support smooth service delivery by anticipating needs and prioritising effectively.
