Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

About the Role
* Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching for pupils across KS2-KS4, with a focus on PMLD and complex needs
* Plan, adapt, and differentiate engaging lessons to meet EHCP outcomes, developmental milestones, and sensory requirements
* Support pupils\' holistic development—academic, social, emotional, and communication skills
* Collaborate closely with the SENCO, learning support staff, therapists, and families to provide a consistent and effective approach
* Monitor pupil progress, contribute to reports, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
Responsibilities & Expectations
* Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching for pupils across KS2-KS4, with a focus on PMLD and complex needs

What we're looking for
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching in an SEN or PMLD setting, or strong SEND knowledge within mainstream education
* A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach to behaviour management and complex needs
* Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to supporting every pupil\'s progress
* Creativity, patience, and ability to develop personalised, meaningful learning experiences
Eligibility & Requirements
* Hold the Right to Work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service (or be willing to apply)
* Provide two professional child-related references
