Orbit Workforce Solutions Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Groundworker and Groundworks labourer for long term work in Heathfield. Key Responsibilities * Carry out all aspects of groundworks including drainage, concreting, kerbing, paving, and ducting. * Prepare and level ground for foundations, footings, and slabs. * Install and maintain drainage, utilities, and ducting systems. * Operate small plant and equipment safely (when trained). * Read site drawings and work to levels and specifications. * Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to deliver quality work on time. * Maintain a safe, tidy, and organised site. * Represent the company professionally, demonstrating reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Requirements * Valid CSCS Card. * NVQ Level 2 in Groundworks * EUSR Cat 1 & 2 - Safe Control of Operations – Excavation * Safety Critical Medical certification. * Proven experience working as a Groundworker within civil engineering or construction projects.
