The Role As a Finance Business Partner, youll play a key part in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis partnering across the business to deliver actionable insight and drive strategic decision-making. Youll work closely with both finance and operational stakeholders, providing commercial support and challenging the status quo to help improve efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans Analyse key drivers of profitability and highlight value-add opportunities Produce and present insightful KPI and financial reports Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and enhance decision-making Deliver ad-hoc commercial analysis for operational leaders Identify trends and variances in operational data to support continuous improvement Build relationships with budget holders to understand and explain performance variances Contribute to system and process improvement projects What Were Looking For A commercially focused mindset with the ability to turn data into insight Strong financial modelling and Excel skills Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail Experience in a similar finance or analyst role Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) Previous experience within an SME or growth environment (desirable) Location & Working Pattern Based in the outskirts of Bradford Hybrid working 3 days a week in the office
