As a result, we are recruiting four critical leadership roles at Assistant Director level, each integral to delivering our strategy and strengthening leadership across key functions. This new senior structure will enable us to seize new opportunities and meet future challenges. Our development team plays a central role in delivering our ambitious growth plans, with a focus on high-quality, sustainable homes that meet community needs across Northern Ireland and beyond. This is a pivotal role to our plans and will represent Apex within the housing development market, maintaining a visible presence, identifying development opportunities and taking the lead on stakeholder engagement, maintaining productive relationships with statutory bodies, local authorities, developers, consultants, and community representatives. The successful candidate must combine leadership and strategic planning skills with technical expertise, a commitment to Apexs values, and a drive to shape sustainable communities.
