You’ll be in the thick of it from day one:
* Working cross-functionally with GMs, site teams, and supply chain.
* Spending 4 days a week on-site in Penston and travelling regularly to Birmingham & Tesco HQ.
* Building trusted relationships with a Tesco buying team who are collaborative and love a good category deep-dive.
* Bringing analysis, insight, and commercial flair to the table.
