Salary: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 42 hours per week
Shift Times: 21:00 - 07:30

The care facility comprises of 35 self-contained extra care apartments with own kitchen, lounge, bedroom & wet room, for rent to people over 55 years.

Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
