Key Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
* Prepare and cook dishes to 2 Rosette standards, ensuring consistency and quality
* Help plan and execute menus with creativity and seasonality
* Train, supervise, and motivate junior kitchen staff
* Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
* Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials

About You
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous in a high-quality kitchen (Rosette/Michelin desirable)
* Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support a brigade
* Solid knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen operations
* Organised and able to thrive under pressure in a busy service
* A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
* Culinary qualifications are an advantage but not essential
