An established and reputable care provider is seeking a Regional Support Manager to oversee operations across a portfolio of care homes in the South of England. This is a key leadership role focused on maintaining compliance, supporting home managers, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care.
Our client have 30 care homes across the UK and are committed to delivering high standards of care and ensuring the wellbeing of residents and team members. Their homes are largely purpose-built and offer Residential Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, and Dementia Care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide operational leadership and support across multiple care homes.
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal governance processes.
* Support and develop home managers to drive performance and quality outcomes.
* Oversee budgets, staffing, and resource management.
* Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and person-centred care.
Candidate Profile:
* Strong clinical background.
* Proven leadership experience within residential, nursing, or dementia care settings.
* Skilled in compliance, team development, and operational delivery.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in multi-site management within health or social care is highly desirable.
