Key Responsibilities
* Undertake safeguarding assessments and Duty function responsibilities as required.
* Provide senior-level social work expertise and guidance within the team.
* Support children, families, and vulnerable adults, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with statutory requirements.
* Collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver timely, effective social work interventions.
* Maintain accurate case records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years experience in social work, ideally in a senior role.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding legislation and social care procedures.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and record-keeping skills.
Working Arrangements
Office-based during initial induction (2 weeks). After induction, hybrid working may be available depending on operational needs of the team.
