Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly accurate Temporary Administrator to join a fast-paced team on a 6-month assignment based in Salford Quays. This role involves handling sensitive enquiries, managing high volumes of requests, and completing a variety of administrative duties to support service delivery.Candidates who have worked within medical, NHS, compliance, QA, or other fast-paced, process-driven environments will be ideal due to the level of detail, confidentiality, and accuracy required.
Key Responsibilities
Handling and responding to sensitive enquiries with professionalism and discretion.
Processing and managing large volumes of incoming requests.
Letter writing, drafting correspondence, and preparing documentation.
Sending out and coordinating appointments.
Following established processes and procedures accurately.
Maintaining records and ensuring data integrity.
Collaborating effectively within a supportive team of 9.
Providing excellent communication both verbally and in writing.
Skills & Experience Required
Prior administrative experience in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
Background in medical, NHS, compliance, QA, or similar sectors is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Comfortable managing workload with high volume tasks.
Strong organisational skills and ability to follow structured processes.
A team player with a proactive, adaptable approach.
