MIM® Associate Trainer — Leadership Under Pressure (Elite Facilitators Only)
Most leadership training is predictable. Slides, theory, safe conversations. That’s not what we do. At MIM®, we train leaders to perform when the pressure is real—when systems are down, stakeholders are escalating, and decisions matter.
We’re building a small group of exceptional facilitators who can deliver that experience at the highest level. We are looking for three additional MIM® Associate Trainers to deliver our globally recognised Major Incident Management programmes.
You will not be expected to teach technical content. We will train you in the MIM® methodology. Your role is to bring it to life through leadership, presence, energy, and real facilitation skill. This is not traditional training delivery: it is leading rooms of professionals through high‑pressure scenarios and helping them think, communicate, and perform at a higher level.
