As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll become a vital part of the school community, helping students aged 11–16 stay engaged and productive during teacher absences. What You’ll Be Doing
* Supervising classes across KS3 & KS4 using pre-planned materials
* Ensuring students stay on task and engaged in learning
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Supporting pupils with additional or SEN needs where required
* Contributing to a positive, focused, and inclusive learning environment

* Has experience working with secondary-age students
* Can confidently support students with additional or SEN needs
* Shows adaptability, resilience, and a positive presence in the classroom
* Communicates clearly and builds strong rapport with young people
* Brings genuine enthusiasm for education and student success
