We are looking for enthusiastic and flexible Early Years Practitioners to join our bank staff team, working on a casual basis across our nurseries and crèche settings.
You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team, helping to create safe, stimulating, and nurturing environments where children can learn, play, and thrive.

The purpose of the role is to:
* Support children’s learning
* Be a ‘key person’ to a small group of children and build positive relationships with their families
* and development through play.
* Protect and promote the health and well-being of children.
* Ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed.
* Promote positive relationships in the early years setting.
What We are Looking For
* A minimum of Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
* Passion and enthusiasm for working with young children.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work across different settings.
* Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
* Previous experience in nurseries/early years settings (desirable).
