An exciting and fast-growing food brand is looking for a driven and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is focused on winning new business within the hospitality sector, particularly independent restaurants and small groups.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and convert new foodservice customers within the restaurant and casual dining space
* Deliver impactful in-person tastings and product presentations
* Build strong relationships with chefs, operators, and purchasing contacts
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding
* Share insights and collaborate with the internal commercial team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Field sales experience, ideally within foodservice, FMCG, or hospitality supply
* A strong understanding of the restaurant market
* Confidence presenting to chefs and decision-makers
* The ability to self-manage, work autonomously, and deliver results
* A passion for innovative, sustainable food products
Salary - £40k - 50k (Pro-rata)
