Job Title: Qualified social worker – Community Team
Location : Doncaster
Rate : £32 per hour
An exciting job role has recently become available for a qualified Social Worker. They are looking for a new member to join the Community Team in Doncaster. The pay rate is £32 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a social worker, you will carry out the statutory duties of the Directorate in relation to adults, adhering to Directorate policies and procedures. You will manage your caseload under the supervision of the Team Manager, working closely with other professional staff to assess the needs of adults and deliver tailored care packages. This role involves developing skills in working with older people, including those with mental infirmities and physical disabilities. You will collaborate with team members and assist them as needed, develop special interests based on need, demand, and service priorities, and establish links with other agencies, including statutory, voluntary, and community groups. Additionally, you will participate in the duty system during office hours on a rota basis and undertake any other duties commensurate with the post’s grading.

Qualifications and Experiences:
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK licence
* Experience of social work intervention, assessment, care planning and direct work with clients through voluntary work or work in Health and Social Care Agency.
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
