Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Lecturer in Progress to join our Construction Department. This role is essential in supporting student success through high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment. Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a Lecturer in Progress within the Construction Department, your key responsibilities are to:
* Deliver and manage inclusive learning, teaching, and assessment to a high standard, ensuring student success.
* Support curriculum design, development, and delivery in line with programme regulations and best practices.
* Monitor and enhance student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression while providing targeted support.
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and actively engage with B&FC’s academic community through professional practice, scholarship, and research.
