As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our customers and excellent administrative support to our team. Your duties will include answering calls professionally, building relationships with clients and contractors, handling complaints, managing correspondence and meetings, and creating reports and spreadsheets.
About You
You should have extensive administration experience in a construction or house building environment, with exceptional attention to detail and a friendly, professional manner. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential, along with the ability to learn new IT systems.
