We have an excellent opportunity for the role of Senior Night Care Assistant to join our team here at Polebank Hall Care Home based in Hyde, SK14.
Pay: We have an excellent pay rate of £13.90 an hour plus DOUBLE pay on bank holidays.
Contract: 24 hours per week working 2 night shifts per week.
Shift patterns: 7pm to 7am shift patterns including alternative weekends

Who are we?
Polebank Hall Care Home is a family-run Residential Care Home nestled in the picturesque woodland of Gee Cross. The owners have over 30 years of experience in operating Residential Care Homes, and they have proudly operated Polebank Hall LTD for 25 years. The home is a grade II listed building and boasts impressive, original features which adds to the homely and grand aesthetic. Attention to detail is of utmost importance and every effort is made to ensure quality and comfort in every area of the home. Polebank Hall is a specialist Dementia Care Home which accommodates 30 people.
Polebank Hall prides itself in providing high quality care. The team are all trained to ensure they can cater to the specific needs of each resident. All food is home made and residents and their loved ones are fully involved in the curation of their menus. Polebank Hall encourages a 'home from home' and all bedrooms can be decorated to suit the individual upon admission.
Responsibilities:
* Leading the night team
* Administering medication
* Completing care documentation and night reports
* Conducting regular night checks
* Managing any incidents or emergencies appropriately
* Liaising with on-call management when required and ensuring a safe and calm environment overnight.

Essential Criteria:
* NVQ level 2 or 3 in health and social care preferred.
* Experience as a Senior Carer is essential.
* Medication training required ( or willingness to complete)
