Part-Time Business Park Community Manager (25-30 hours)

Responsibilities
* Being the main point of contact for tenants and visitors, ensuring smooth communication.
* Supporting property and facilities management activities.
* Organising community events and initiatives.
* Gathering feedback and reporting on community insights.
* Assisting with marketing and digital engagement efforts.
* Facilitating tenant onboarding and integration.
* Working with stakeholders to enhance community value.
Rewards
* Competitive salary (£40,000 - £45,000 pro-rata)

Experience Essentials

* Event organisation experience is a plus

* Driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Based in Oxfordshire or nearby
Location
This role is onsite at a well-connected estate with parking available. Candidates local to the area are preferred, and some travel may be required for meetings or events.
