Your New Role As a Job-Running Architect / Architectural Technologist, you will take responsibility for delivering projects from early stages through to completion. Working closely with senior leadership and wider project teams, you will be accountable for both technical delivery and day-to-day project coordination. Your responsibilities will include: Running projects independently across multiple RIBA stages Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams Producing and managing high-quality technical drawings and documentation using Revit Acting as the main point of contact for clients, contractors and consultants Attending and conducting site visits, representing the practice professionally Reviewing and coordinating technical information to ensure compliance with UK regulations and best practice Managing programme, quality and technical delivery throughout the project lifecycle This role suits someone confident in taking ownership, driving projects forward and coordinating stakeholders effectively.
