JOB TITLE: Office Administrator LOCATION: Folkestone, Kent (rural location, transport needed) SALARY: £13.50ph to £14ph TERM: 3 months, possible Temp to Perm HOURS: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday Office Angels are proud to be supporting this successful construction business in their search for an Office Administrator. This is a temporary contract for 3 months initially due to increased workload, however there could be career opportunities for the right candidate. You will be working as part of a small, busy team in rural Folkestone with free parking on site. The day to day duties in your new job would be: Supporting the delivery team and bookkeeper with a range of administration duties. Checking weekly timesheets on Mondays to ensure boxes and job codes are completed, obtain relevant manager approvals, and supporting with payroll. Processing and preparing new staff starter packs. Working alongside the training coordinator to ensure staff compliance and training records are up to date. Arranging and taking meeting minutes Supporting posting job adverts Answering phones and taking messages, managing post and other adhoc tasks.
