We are looking for a highly organised, dynamic Client-Facing Operations Manager to join our London team.

This role is ideal for an independent, proactive professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment and managing projects from concept through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main client-facing contact, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery

• Prepare and manage small works bids

• Oversee Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) contract fulfilment

• Coordinate closely with production and purchasing teams

• Oversee installation of RFID and mobile key access systems, intercoms, barriers, elevator security, and time & attendance systems

• Coordinate technicians, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient project delivery

• Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records

• Mark up plans, manage project timelines, and ensure delivery to agreed deadlines

• Take a hands-on approach to customer management and issue resolution

Candidate Profile

• Highly organised with strong administrative and coordination skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Presentable, articulate, and confident in a client-facing environment

• Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced setting

• Multi-disciplined, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Desirable Experience

• PRINCE2 or APM PMQ qualification

• 5+ years’ experience in project or operations management

• Experience delivering security or technology installations

• Exposure to SaaS or service-based contracts

• French language skills (advantageous)
