Family Solicitor — Position Overview:
Manage your own varied private family law caseload, working with clients from initial instruction through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:
Handle cases involving divorce, financial disputes, and children matters
Advise on separation agreements and nuptial agreements
Manage care proceedings and domestic abuse cases
Prepare for and represent clients at hearings and court
Maintain high standards of risk management and compliance
Contribute to the team through collaboration and knowledge sharing
Promote the firm’s values and local reputationRequirements of the Family Solicitor:
Qualified UK Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE with experience in Family law.
Strong track record across a broad range of family matters
Confident in advocacy and court appearances
Excellent client care and communication skills
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong IT and case management system skills
