Responsibilities
* Support the management team in creating a service culture that places the customer at the heart of everything.
* Guide the Sales Advisor team on recommending additional services to drive sales, including omni‑channel selling, gathering customer data and advising on add‑on purchases.
* Assist the store leadership team in driving store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
* Implement store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, using product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities.
* Train the Sales Advisor team to possess thorough knowledge of our brand, products, design inspiration and services.
* Communicate store performance to the team and key stakeholders, providing regular feedback and highlighting risks and opportunities.
* Support the Store Manager with all store operations such as stock management, loss prevention, escalation and incident reporting, health & safety, GDPR, cash handling, key holder responsibilities and store safety standards.
* Act as a key‑holder for the store and hold sole responsibility for running the store when required.
Qualifications
Coaching comes naturally to you; you are passionate about inspiring a team to have excellent product knowledge and aim to lead by example with strong customer service skills. You understand how to drive sales, think commercially and work toward KPIs. You remain adaptable and resilient in difficult situations, respond positively to change and confidently give feedback to all team members while sharing ideas with management to drive performance.
