Job Overview
Be the analytical engine behind great advice. You'll transform adviser notes and discovery outputs into clear, compliant suitability reports. Our stack includes NLP‑assisted drafting, templated research, provider integrations, secure portal and e‑sign, so cases progress faster and files stay audit‑ready.
What you'll do
* Prepare research, comparisons and suitability reports across pensions, investments and protection
* Use NLP‑assisted drafting tools to accelerate first‑pass reports, then refine to high editorial standards
* Maintain immaculate CRM records, automate status updates and manage pipelines against SLAs
* Liaise with providers and clients to remove bottlenecks and shorten the time to implementation
What you'll bring
* Relevant certifications and proven paraplanning or adviser‑support experience
* Strong written communication, technical analysis and attention to detail
* Proficiency with industry CRMs, portals, valuations and cash‑flow tools
* Curiosity for automation, data and responsible AI usage in documentation
