Are you a proven Recruitment Manager ready to step up or a Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to move into your first management role with the right training and ongoing support?
Were hiring a Recruitment Manager or Associate Recruitment Director to join a successful long established, Leicester-based recruitment business with an excellent reputation across the East Midlands. This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with full backing from a hands on CEO ,with an opportunity for those that wish to fast-track route to Director level.
Role:
Leading from the front in recruiting -salesthrough face to face / telephone and hands-on delivery .You are not personally targeted on fee generation.
Training and development of a small team of recruitersand resourcers
Recruit, mentor, and manage consultants across one or more specialist sectors
Work closely with the CEO to shape commercial strategy and drive growth
Experience:
Experienced Recruitment Manager or team leader with a strong billing history in Commercial, Office, or Professional Services Recruitment
Could also consider a strong Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take their first step into management as you will have full training and support from the CEO both internally and external training
Ideally some experience of developing and coaching a small team in recruitment
A motivational leader who sets the tone by example
Recruitment experience is essential knowledge of the East Midlands area is desirable
