About the Role:
Reporting to: Account Director
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Senior Account Executive to oversee and streamline the end-to-end process of evaluating, approving, and executing football-related partnership agreements for PepsiCo with rights holder UEFA, across both Men's & Women's football. This role ensures that the partnership aligns with brand guidelines, strategic goals, and compliance policies across worldwide markets.
Sitting under our Rights Consultancy division, you will work specifically with the Lay's and Gatorade brands. 1. Manage Approval Workflow: Coordinate and oversee the internal review and approval process for UEFA & talent-related endorsements. Manage partnership assets adhering to brand guidelines, including project management of end-to-end approvals.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor on UEFA & brand guidelines, including client toolkits, to ensure successful campaign execution. Liaise with brand leads, design, marketing, finance, and executive teams to ensure proper vetting and alignment on creative opportunities.
3. Document & Call Management: Maintain accurate records of approval status, timelines, and generate monthly reports for stakeholders. Manage stakeholder calls, take notes, and track action points to keep projects on schedule.
4. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main contact for key stakeholders during the approval process, providing updates and guidance on status, feedback, and next steps, including global and local clients, UEFA & UEFA Foundation for Children, Common Goal, and local NGOs worldwide.
5. Social Impact Management: Support Lay's RePlay social impact programme by collaborating with 11 countries to deliver football-for-good initiatives with local NGOs and Common Goal. Advocate for social impact initiatives such as community engagement, social and emotional development, and gender equality. Coordinate and oversee new pitch launches globally.
6. Talent Management: Assist the Account Manager/Director with administrative tasks related to talent approvals.
