Overview
Role: Duct Fitting Supervisor – Cardiff. Location: Cardiff. Duration: 9 months. Start Date: 02/02/2026. PAYE Rate: £28.70 per hour (basic hours).
Responsibilities
* Supervising duct fitting teams on site
* Ensuring work is carried out to a high standard and in line with drawings and specifications
* Coordinating labour and materials to meet programme deadlines
* Maintaining health & safety standards on site
* Liaising with site management and other trades
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Duct Fitting Supervisor
* Strong knowledge of HVAC ductwork installation
* Ability to manage teams and workloads effectively
* Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)
* Good communication and organisational skills
