Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Accounts Assistant based in Tewkesbury. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, including processing invoices, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role also involves assisting with payroll processing, preparing financial reports, and supporting the finance team with administrative tasks. Qualifications Experience in processing invoices, bank statement reconciliation, and maintaining financial records Familiarity with payroll processing and financial reporting Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Relevant qualifications such as AAT, or a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Knowledge of health, wellbeing, or rehabilitation sectors is a plus
