We're on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and adaptable Recruitment Coordinator to join our small (but mighty) team while one of our colleagues is off on maternity leave.

About the Role:
As our Recruitment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping us find and welcome the right people into our childcare family. This is a hands-on, varied role where you'll be involved in the full recruitment process from start to finish – advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
You'll need to hit the ground running, so we're looking for someone who is quick to learn and comfortable working independently. You won't be micromanaged – instead, we trust our team to take initiative and ask questions when they need to.
Key Responsibilities:
* Write and post job adverts on various platforms
* Review applications and shortlist candidates
* Schedule and coordinate interviews
* Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
* Support onboarding of new staff (including paperwork and welcome packs)
* Keep recruitment spreadsheets up-to-date and organised
* Work closely with managers and team leads to understand hiring needs
* Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with safeguarding guidelines
* Occasionally support the senior team in HR matters
What We're Looking For:

* Confident working independently and using your own initiative
* Open-minded and adaptable to change
* A fast learner who's not afraid to ask questions
* Previous experience in recruitment or admin is a plus, but not essential
* Computer literate and comfortable using Excel, Google docs, email and basic timesheet software
* Experience in childcare is also desirable
