I am working with a well-established, independent veterinary practice in Hertfordshire, proudly serving the community for over 70 years. With a focus on high-quality care for small animals and exotic pets, the practice has built a loyal client base and a reputation for compassionate, professional service. About the Role: I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior RVN to join this passionate and close-knit team. This is a permanent, full-time position with a mixture of early and late shifts (8am or 10:30am start) and a 1 in 4 Saturday rota. The position includes on-call from Saturday to Monday morning (no midweek on-call). As the Senior RVN, you'll play a key role in supporting junior nurses, maintaining high clinical standards, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. The practice encourages nurse-led initiatives and supports career progression.
