This is a high-visibility role within a leading UK charity where you’ll take ownership of referral growth and community engagement for an innovative trial supporting young adults aged 18–25 who are not in education, employment or training due to health-related barriers. You won’t just support the service, you’ll help shape how it succeeds locally.
What you’ll be doing
Leading partnership development across Job Centres, community groups and local agencies
Designing and delivering engagement activity to drive referrals and programme starts
Representing the service in meetings, presentations and community forums
Working closely with operational teams to ensure strong attendance and re-engagement
Tracking performance against referral and start targets
What we’re looking for
Experience in outreach, stakeholder engagement or partnership development
Confident influencing and presenting to external organisations
Comfortable working to targets and driving measurable outcomes
Self-motivated, organised and happy managing your own schedule
