EM Tuition is an education business with a vision to close the inequality gap in education by providing inclusive services to all. EM Tuition is a small, fast paced team, based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire working directly with Local Authorities to provide an excellent service for children who may need alternative education.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Contracts Director and will be required to work predominantly from the office.
Overview
The Contracts Manager plays a pivotal role at EM Tuition, overseeing the full lifecycle of learner experiences and ensuring contract profitability. This role involves delivering outstanding service across assigned accounts while supporting the company’s growth strategy.
You will act as the key liaison between all stakeholders—parents, tutors, schools, and Local Authorities—ensuring clear communication and a consistent, joined-up approach. Your work will directly shape better outcomes for children who need it most by keeping everyone informed, aligned, and focused on the learner’s success.
