Base Salary: Up to £13.45 per hour
Essentials: The ability to drive is preferred due to the location of the service
Qualifications: Full Training provided; Higher rate for QCF Level 2 qualified candidates

Join our passionate team at M&D Care as a Care Assistant in our service in SA44 6HS make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. As a Care Assistant in our Residential service in Plwmp near Llandysul, you will provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us.
Role and Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
* Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and shopping.
* Promote independence, dignity, and well-being through engaging and meaningful activities.
* Work autonomously while maintaining the safety and respect of those you support.
* Comply with regulatory standards set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
* Work flexibly on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
