Are you currently working a manual labour role in horticulture but ideally looking to move into a more customer facing role while still holding on to your horticulture knowledge? Do you sometimes see yourself wishing for your weekends back? If this sounds like you I encourage you to read on.
This role is ideal for someone who has a passion for horticulture and is looking at potentially moving into a sales role. You will have a drive to proactively reach out to existing and potential wholesale/landscaping clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings.
About The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales but also has a genuine interest in plants and gardening. While the role is mainly office-based, there may be occasions where you'll be asked to assist on the nursery-so a hands-on attitude is a plus!
The primary focus of this role will be selling arrange of plants to wholesale nurseries and landscaping businesses, predominantly over the phone. You will be responsible for building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
