Job description
The Role:
1. Deliver one-to-one or small group GCSE tuition (subjects may include English, Maths and/or Science)
2. Provide tailored support to students with varying abilities, including those who may require additional academic or behavioural support
3. Plan engaging, structured lessons aligned with the GCSE curriculum
4. Monitor progress and provide regular feedback
The Ideal Candidate:
5. Strong subject knowledge at GCSE level
6. Previous experience tutoring or teaching GCSE students
7. A patient, encouraging and adaptable approach
8. Ability to build positive relationships with students
9. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
