Up to 85,000.00 per annum | Monday to Friday | Permanent, Term Time Only | South East England About the role As Headteacher, you will promote a relentless focus on the quality of education and delivery of a broad, balanced and relevant curriculum that meets the needs of pupils and young people along with producing positive outcomes.As part of our team, you will focus on developing self-esteem and wellbeing, as well as academic performance and development. Our Headteacherwill be responsible for deliveringthe school vision and ethos of Thinking and Learning Differently, which inspires and motivates pupils, staff and all other members of the school community.This includes core educational values, moral purpose and be inclusive of all stakeholders beliefs and values. Ensuring that the increasingly complex and diverse needs of the pupils are met in the most appropriate manner through the effective management of the school and its resources.
