We are seeking a passionate, capable and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our dedicated team and maintain the excellent standards of care that residents and their families expect. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring safe, personalised care for all residents. * Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and governance requirements. * Oversee staffing, recruitment, training, rotas and professional development. * Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, external professionals and regulators. * Manage budgeting, financial planning and resource allocation effectively. * Promote a positive, kind and inclusive working culture that supports staff and residents alike. The Ideal Candidate: * Experienced Care Home Manager or Deputy Manager with at least 2 years’ leadership experience. * NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards). * Strong knowledge of elderly care, dementia care, safeguarding and CQC compliance. * Excellent leadership, staff management, organisational and communication skills. * Collaborative and professional approach with external agencies, families and professionals. * Committed to delivering person-centred care with dignity, respect and compassion.
