Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role |
As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be an inspirational leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to reach their potential while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.
We are looking for someone who:
* Focuses on creating a positive environment where your team feels cared for and listened to, celebrating successes. Prioritizes nurturing and developing talent within your team, role modeling a coaching culture within the management team.
* Is dedicated to ensuring an excellent guest experience, ensuring every dish is prepared to exceptional standards, whether through your own efforts or by equipping your team with the necessary skills and mindset.
* Has experience in maintaining high standards for food, health, and safety, and understands the financial performance of a kitchen, including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs, proactively spotting opportunities.
* Is focused on building a coaching culture within your team, working with your Head Chef to recruit and develop your team, fostering personal and professional growth.
* Is a forward-thinking problem solver, able to think on your feet and make quick decisions.

* An individual with experience leading a kitchen team, driving performance through positive behavior in a fast-paced, complex environment.

* Experience in maintaining spotless food, health, and safety standards.
* Understanding of kitchen financials, including gross profit and stock control.
* Ability to manage labour costs effectively, reacting to changing demands.
