Receptionist/Admin Assistant Deeplish Primary Academy
Required ASAP, Permanent role.
Terms of employment: 25 hours per week, 38.8 weeks per year.
(Term Time Only + 4 days)
Schedule: 8:30am-4:30pm on Monday & Friday, remaining 5 hours flexible.
Salary range: £25,583 - £26,824 (FTE). (Reduced and pro‑rated for part‑time).
We are seeking to employ a Receptionist / Administrator to join our office team and be the warm and welcoming face of Deeplish.
The successful candidate must be flexible, enthusiastic, passionate and able to work as part of a skilled team within an organised and disciplined environment.
We are looking for:
* a warm and welcoming person to be the first point of contact for people coming to the academy
* a hardworking and conscientious Receptionist / Administrator to support the smooth running of the academy office
* a person who works well within a team
* someone who develops good relationships with staff, parents and children
