We are now seeking a Customer Support & Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, enjoys working collaboratively, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a dual role: supporting our customers and internal teams while also helping to deliver engaging marketing activities to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
* Build positive and professional relationships with customers.
* Handle daily inbound customer calls and log them accurately in our CRM system.
* Provide updates to customers on outstanding orders and service requirements.
* Liaise with manufacturing partners to monitor equipment progress and keep clients informed.
* Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and support the Commercial Manager with day-to-day tasks.
Marketing Support:
* Assist in creating and coordinating marketing campaigns, newsletters, and social media content.
* Update and maintain the company website and digital platforms with new product and service information.
* Support the preparation of promotional materials, case studies, and presentations.
* Help organise trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
* Gather customer feedback to support both service improvements and marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional manner.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* A creative eye for marketing content and attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Service, and Accounts teams.
* Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (desirable but not essential).
* Confident IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; CRM experience beneficial.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and driven to achieve results.

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
