As the College Services Manager, you will be the heart of our College Services team, responsible for managing the support provided to our students, fostering an inclusive environment, and ensuring that their experience at ICP is nothing short of outstanding. You will engage with students to identify their needs, develop and oversee a rich extracurricular programme, and collaborate extensively with academic and operational teams. Your leadership will enhance our commitment to service excellence, ensuring that every student feels supported and valued throughout their time with us.
College Services Manager Requirements:
1. University level qualifications.
2. Significant experience in customer service and student welfare.
3. Proven experience in a management or team leadership role.
4. Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
5. A proactive, high-energy individual with a commitment to continuous improvement.
