Develop and implement a rigorous food-focused curriculum aligned with National Curriculum standards, encouraging healthy eating habits and critical thinking. Utilize innovative teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring all students flourish in your dynamic and informative classroom. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Culinary Education program, including curriculum planning, resource creation, and departmental initiatives. Contribute to the overall academic progress and well-being of students through effective pastoral care and guidance. Cultivate strong and positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. We're looking for a culinary rockstar! You possess a relevant qualification, such as a QTS in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field. You have a demonstrably successful track record of engaging and educating students in a culinary setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are a must. A genuine passion for food and a commitment to inspiring students to develop culinary confidence and healthy eating habits is paramount.
