We’re recruiting for a well-respected law firm in Manchester who are looking to bring an experienced Legal Secretary into its residential conveyancing team. What you’ll be doing: Providing secretarial support to fee earners in the conveyancing team Audio typing and preparing documents like contracts, letters, and completion statements Liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors by phone and email Managing diaries, booking appointments, and keeping files up to date Handling Land Registry forms, SDLT returns, and post-completion tasks What we’re looking for: Prior experience as a legal secretary in conveyancing Strong typing and formatting skills Excellent organisation and time management A helpful, team-focused attitude and clear communication skills What’s on offer: Salary range £27,000 - £29,000 per annum based on experience A stable role in a respected law firm with a strong local presence A supportive and friendly team environment A chance to play a key part in a busy, growing department If you’ve got a solid background in legal secretarial work and enjoy the pace and structure of conveyancing, this could be a brilliant fit.
